
Tracy Cooper
As a RYT-200 instructor, Tracy’s goal is to create a space where you are welcomed into the community. A space that encourages you to listen to what your body needs and offers a gentle push to allow your body to learn what it is capable of, then settling into a balance of effort and ease. She hopes this allows her students to create a little extra inner space for light and joy that they can draw upon as they move throughout their days.
