Sammy is a 200-HR RYT and a physical therapist with 15+ years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. She brings a playful, down-to-earth approach to yoga. She’s always loved being active — not just for fitness, but for fun, connection, and feeling fully alive. Sammy believes adults deserve space in their lives for play, and that movement is one of the best ways to build community, boost confidence, and stay energized. She is passionate about helping others rediscover joy through motion and to see aging as an invitation to keep growing, exploring, and connecting.
