Lindsay Newton

Lindsay has been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching for 7 years. Over time, she’s found yoga to be about much more than flexibility and fitness – it’s something that keeps her grounded, especially when life swirls at such a fast pace. In her classes, students are offered creative, flowing sequences and opportunities to build strength and awareness, on and off the mat. Practice with Lindsay on Mondays at 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 6 a.m., and Sundays at 10:30 a.m.
