Dana Tischler

Dana been teaching yoga since 2016, and practicing on and off since college. Her personal practice has transitioned from something purely physical to a daily sustenance that ebbs and flows in tune with the waves of life. She loves that yoga expects nothing, but honors all; that yoga can be quiet while at the same time broadcast strength, dedication and resilience. Dana loves when yoga is used as an invitation to seek out a deeper understanding and acceptance of self. Practice with her on Mondays at 6 a.m., 7:30 a.m. or 5 p.m.; Thursdays at 5:30 and 7 p.m.; and Sundays at 7:30 and 9 a.m.
