Yoga for Grounding and Reset: A Workshop for Women Who Feel Scattered or Overwhelmed Do you feel scattered and overwhelmed or bored and under-stimulated? Is there no in-between? Do you have ADHD or just feel like you are nonstop in the body’s Fight or Flight response? Connect with others who share the same struggle. Learn how your yoga practice can help ground and reset you when you are ready to break or hit the wall. Each 90-minute session will include connection with like-minded people, discussion (as to how yoga can be a tool to support attention/focus, reduce overwhelm, and regulate the nervous system), a 50-minute warm yoga practice with support on making the most out of Savasana, and reflection/intention setting at the end. Bring a yoga mat, journal/paper and your favorite writing utensil, and a growth-mindset.
