Warm Yoga 90

Our traditional set sequence class set to 85 degrees taught by one of our recent yoga teacher training graduates. Begin this class seated and transition into a series of breath to movement and balancing postures. This is a well rounded class focusing on building strength and endurance with a cardiovascular push. Inversions are not offered but students will have the opportunity to play. This class is recommended for a beginner student or those wanting a slower paced hot option.
