When should I arrive for class?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class begins to give yourself time to settle in and acclimate to the space. Classes start promptly, and for safety and liability reasons, the doors are locked once class is in session.
What should I wear?
Wear breathable, moisture-wicking clothes like a fitted top and yoga shorts or leggings. If you’re taking a restorative class, wear comfy clothes with layers.
What should I bring?
You’re welcome to bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle. We also offer mat and towel service, which is complimentary for members.
Can I take a break?
Absolutely. You are always welcome to step out of the room, take a drink, towel off, or lay down! This is your practice.
